Elizabeth Lassiter
Director of Details
Elizabeth (or Beth, as we like to call her!) is the organizational heartbeat of Sunshine Speech Therapy. As our Director of Details, she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes—from scheduling and systems to making sure no detail is overlooked. Her calm presence, attention to detail, and quick problem-solving make her an essential part of the team—and yes, she's also Sarah’s sister!
When she’s not keeping our practice on track, Beth loves diving into a good book, dreaming up her next interior design project, and spending time with her two amazing daughters and their lovable golden retriever, Birdie. Whether she’s color-coding a calendar or redecorating a room, Beth brings warmth, creativity, and heart to everything she does.
What People Are Saying
-
“My son responded positively to Sarah from the very first session. She made the sessions fun and his speech improved rapidly. Sarah gave us tools to use between sessions that proved very effective, and was always available for questions. She is very knowledgeable and always learning and looking into new ways to improve her therapy sessions. I highly recommend Sarah Sweeney, and we will miss seeing her every week now that my son has "graduated."”

“Sarah is a truly gifted speech therapist. She connected easily with our introverted son and brought out the best in him during sessions. She also taught us how to best support him between sessions so we could maximize their time together. We saw rapid and drastic improvements, and we are so grateful! Highly recommend!”
